After detailed discussion with you we will provide a quotation for the hardware that will handle your needs. We generally supply systems from the Dell range but can provide other systems if you have a particular wish.

Installation
Most of our customers want a complete service. Order the computer, prepare the system for use, install in your home or office and finally load any additional special software programs that you have and transfer the data from your old computer if you have one.This will normally include all existing documents, your email addresses and emails as well as other small items like favourites. We will link the new system to your printer and to your Internet service. If you are new to computing we will give you a brief teach-in on how to get started and shut down.

Support
For newcomers to computing we can provide teaching sessions on most popular programs at times to suit you. At all stages we are on hand to help with the problems that computers drop on you when you least need them!
